Just wondered, did you try / use vitamin C for the bleeding gums? (If anyone wondered, 5 grammes daily should help. You may want to build up to that dosage - a sudden large dose can cause diorreah).
I'll keep coming back to this thread too. The tapes I have do claim you can heal cavities, but I haven't played them for 10 years - I'll try to find time again soon and then post the info.
I know that cutting out Sugar from the diet can stop cavities getting any worse. Easier said than done though, and I certainly don't recomend using Sugar alternatives!
