that's what I was thinking all along. However by following Al Low's protocol you end up spending about the same they have you take two of their 500mg pills a day at full regimen so it ends up being at the cheapest (that is if you buy by the case) 88 cents a day without shipping. In the recipe you end up consuming a lot less than that. I'm on my second day of Aloe so I can't say much about it yet. I think I'll start the kids on it too. We are having a lot of protocols to follow these days, my head is kind of swimming.
