was wondering if the fiber formula and mate was still keeping your UC from returning. searching for new alternative treatments right now. I thought i healed myself through a macrobiotic type of diet, but a couple months ago my UC came back in full force for some unkown reason. curious to see if the mate and fiber worked for you long term. just bought some Guayaki mate and am going to try it out. How much do you take, and does it ever keep you awake at night since it's a stimulant? checked out the sites you suggested.
