i used the clark one because it was foolproof. but i have heard good results with the others outlined on the Liver Flush Forum . there are several. with the clark, follow it to the letter and then make sure you drink a lot of water that next morning between Epsom Salts . and dont even think of skipping or skimping on the Epsom Salts . they taste nasty, but they are your friend!
