Dear friend,
I am not going for the surgery, at least not yet. I am scared, of course, because the doctor's words are still echoing in my ears, but I will fight back. I increased the predniosone dosage to eight pills aday and hopefully they will keep me steady for awhilw. The other thing I am going to do is fly back to my home country- Bulgaria. Back in April when my wife and I went there I had the symptoms and after three weeks they disappeared. I underwent some minor treatment aalso- salofalc enemas for a week and salofalc pills and I achieved total remission. one month after returning to Calgary,Canada, the symptoms returned. If you would ask me why I think going home will help me, I would say simply because I will be home. I left Bulgaria in 1999, lived in Chicago for 5 years, then Calgary for almost an year, but I can't let go and forget Bulgaria. I guess it's my patriotism or nostalgia, or anything. But on the other hand there are many other advantages too. Food there is 100% organic. My parents have gardens, we grow all kind of druit and vegetables. Life is cheaper too. Here if I am not able to work, it's hard to keep the special diet with the organic stuff. 300 $ in Bulgaria would buy me all I need and most of the food is home producesd.

Thank you for the support! It really means a lot to me. It's just that I am having some hard time right now and my will and personality is being tested by fate. I wanted to ask you how much weight did you loose. I am afraid to go on the scales. I am probably under 60 kg (135 lbs) For 178 cm, that's pretty scary.
