Hi and thank you for the juice recipe. I have had a slight symptom increase during the last two days. Last night I had to get up may be five times, because of too much gas and uncomfort. I don't have diarrhea, but the excretion of mucose has increased and there is evidently more blood too. I wonder why is that. Perhaps the beans soup I cooked and ate yesterday or may be the homeopathic liquids, which are alcohol-based. There is no place for panic, but my mind starts to get suspicious and worried. Anyway I will continue with the probiotics, juices, slippery elm and olive leaf extract.
