So I did some research on 8 essential Monocassharoids and info is truly revolutionary, not M****tech's products though. I would say don't buy from them as they don't sell what they market as Duane pointed it out.
Most of the sugars they sell are polysaccharides, not monosaccharides per patent.
Polysaccharides are different and basically are entire different organic compound indigestible and serve as filler and actually are used as exotic cake fillers in bakery. So those are neutral compounds without any health benefit.
So M****tech formula has only one or two monosaccharides out of 8. So what they say/market is different from what they sell. Yes, information is truly revolutionary, but M****tech product is mediocre quality/overpriced.
I dig other resources for 8 Monosaccharides.
There are few ways to go:
1. Natural sources +Dr.Bird's recipe:

http://www.askdrbird.com/cfs/how_to_prepare.htm
2. Concentrated powders:
This one has 6 saccharides:

remaining 2 (more esoteric) saccharides:

Other resources include Goji berri - has 4 saccarides.

Glyconutrients Defined (from M****tech guide)
A glyconutrient, in technical terms, is a monosaccharide. These monosaccharides, or glyconutrients, are used to create glycoforms. Glycoforms cover the outside of virtually every cell in your body and are used by cells to communicate. Using glycoforms made up of glyconutrients, cells communicate with disease fighting cells of the immune system and identify themselves as healthy, friendly cells. If a cell cannot clearly identify itself as health, the immune system will attack the cell, healthy or not. Because glyconutrients are not readily available through your diet, many of your cells cannot communicate clearly. Your immune system begins to attack and kill your healthy cells. These attacks manifest themselves as auto-immune diseases such as MS, Arthritis,Asthma and Fibromyalgia.
There are 8 glyconutrients needed by the cells of your body. The 8 glyconutrients are:
Mannose: Research suggests mannose also eases inflammation in rheumatiod arthritis. Also shown to lower blood Sugar and triglyceride levels in diabetics.
Galactose: Helps in wound healing and long term memory formation.
Fucose: Guards against respiratory tract infections and inhibits allergic reactions. Research suggests the Sugar is active against viruses including herpes and the AIDS virus. Fucose is abundant in breast milk.
Xylose: An antibacterial and antifungal. May help prevent cancer of the digestive tract. Often used as a substitute for corn syrup and sucrose. Xylose does not cause dental cavities.
Glucose: A potent, fast-energy source. Enhances memory and stimulates calcium absorption. Too much or too little glucose leads to problems.
N-Acetylglucosamine: Glucosamine, a metabolic product of n-acetylglucosamine, helps repair cartilage, decreases pain and inflammation, and increses range of motion in osteoarthritis. N-acetylglucosamine plays a vital role in learning, and works against tumors and HIV.
N-acetylneuraminic acid: This monosaccharide is abundant in breast milk, and important for brain development and learning. This saccharide has been shown to inhibit strains of influenza viruses more effectively than many prescription anti-virals. This monosaccharide influences blood coagulation and helps lower LDL (bad cholesterol) levels.
N-acetylgalactosamine: Studies on this monosaccharide are limited. We do know that lower-than-normal levels of this monosaccharide have been found in heart disease patients.
These 8 sugars (glyconutrients) are essential for the proper function of every individual cell in your body. Scores of illnesses have been linked to an lack of these glyconutrients. Increasing the intake of these 8 sugars through diet or supplementation has led to recovery and long term wellness for countless individuals. To maximize the strength of your immune system, prevent disease and maintain excellent health, get glyconutrients back into your diet.

There is more info if you look around yourself, but one I posted should be sufficient to get things done, when you have to make decision fast and buy things from a direct source (most direct available).
Also you can see those things are used for Cancer and other terminal patients and I would say pure powders are definitely for them, but they can also be used to boost health in natural or extracted form and everyone on the list should be able to take advantage one way or another.

Also for patients in bad shape and not so bad shape I would reccomend monatomic elements such as Ruthenium, Gold, Rhodium, Irridium in pure and natural formulations. Those will fix you in a month like you never been sick before.
You can buy from (I am not affiliated with them, just a customer and do it for spiritual purposes, i don't have a cancer or sick, but stuff is real and does work):
