Hi, just wanted to say I had a doctors apt yesterday and for the first time in four years there is no hematuria (blood) in my urin and also zero ptotein in it also. He said to keep taking whatever it is as it is working well for me. I do not know if the glycos are responsible, but I do not plan on quitting them any time soon. I also believe that the homemade version is better, cheaper, especially with the amount I have been consuming.
