I have found various formulations that can be made up of mostly commonly occurring ingredients for a fraction of the cost of the proprietry formulations on the internet. Glyconutrients aren't an invention of big business - they are present in various foods in varying amounts. Just do a search on 'glyconutrients' & 'fenugreek' or 'shitake' to bring up a string of formulations. Hope this helps.
