Hi,
juicing is something i've read a bit about & seems positive for a lot people but i've yet to try. I need to find a decent juicer here in the UK. Do you drink the juice as a supplement or as a meal? I've been told i'm currently allergic to Celery & spinach by the QXCI machine so i suppose i'd have to use alternative veggies. I haven't tried the marshmellow root, that's a new one to me. I'm taking something made by a Dutch naturopath here in the UK at the moment called Aloeride. It's got aloe vera in it but has had the irritable strain of aloe vera taken out of it, this is to try & help stop my bleeding. The practictioner has warned against Olive leaf extract at this moment in time as he say's it's very powerful & with the mucosal wall being already irritated it wouldn't be able to tolerate it, in his opinion. Thanks for your help.
