The CDD did not give me a timeframe for duration of remission and I'm sure it's because the symptoms of the disease can be very different for each individual who is suffering. The longest I have ever gone in remission is about two weeks over the last four years. I have gone a month now with no symptoms and that's after not taking any kind of medication. If things stayed at this level for a few more months, then I would be comfortable with declaring this a success, but I'm very happy so far. I don't want to give anyone the impression that I'm 100% sure of my success until time goes by, so this is why I'm updating my site with weekly progress.
