This message might be a little late, but I would stay away from Dr. Shultz Superfood. It has alot of brewers yeast in it. It absolutely destroyed me. You should try Innerlight Green Drink or capsules or even Supreme Greens. I use both with terrific results along with a blood Ph diet. The book is called "The Ph Miracle" by Dr. Young.
