Hi Halebop,

I posted a message to you on another thread. Exactly what M****tech products are you taking and how much? I have been taking A*****ose for several months now and am able to tell some difference.

I take pill form, because the powder has the crust of the shellfish in it, I think, and I do not consume any part of the shellfish. Have you tried the pill form? Can you tell a difference between pill and powder? Thanks.
