Hi Jason,

You have inspired me. I just purchased 10 aloe vera plants from my local Lowe's. They were only 2.98 each. Will be transplanting them to larger containers, so I can easily move inside when cold weather gets here as the label says to protect from frost. I already have several bottles of organic apple juice for liver flushing, and I have a box of ground psyllium seed husks that I purchased a while back from my food co-op. I just need to get the grape juice and I will be making the jam.

I looked for bovine cartilage yesterday on the net and it looks like it may be expensive.
