the procedure i used is quite simple,when UC flared back and salofalk wasn't working and was giving me kidneys aches i was ready to try it , to tell you the truth it has not been very complicated to do it. One morning two days after i saw my gastroenterologist , i decided not to use the salofalk enemas he prescribed me and that i was gonna do the extreme move with my baby's crap, i simply took one of the enema of medecine , (2 oz bottle) emptied it, took off the cap and filled it half with the fresh stuff of the diaper(10 minutes after) with a simple butter knife , and added some tap water, i really made that simple , i could have used some distilled water or at least boiled water but i didn't really care, i then waited after my daily crap and then injected it and tried to keep it until the day after , wich i did. The day after i told my wife that i wasn't feeling anything wrong with my whole abdomen, she told me to take it easy and keep on waiting to see what would happen, after 2 months now i haven't felt anything wrong in my intestines, i took 5 pounds, i haven't had a flew ,cold,or allergies related to pollen wich i use to have at this time of the year , around here and i feel healthy! . But in the study report that mf25 posted on the forum i think they used a lot more crap than i did and to what i understood they have emptied the whole colon before the injection, i don't know if it's a better approach,, but also, i don"t think i would used Antibiotics before the replacement, i would be affraid that the Antibiotics would stay in my system and would kill my new bacterias.. I' m not a doctor so...
