Thanks again for your responces, really shame about the carrots, cos I love them and feel that they are so good for you! I am having trouble getting hold of an ear syringe1 Can't get one in a pharmacy here, so I am going to try the internet. I have really limated my diet, but what I think I will do once I get the syringe is just have brow rice and veg for a week and see what happens, theres no point in go to that extreme untill then. One more thing I wanted to ask is can I have the Dr Schulze's super food that I have heared about on the cure zone? One of the ingredience is orange and lemon peel I guess that would be a problem?
