Regarding fiber husks..

I have heard and agreed with Dr Teplisky on a lot of what he says.
I just prefer to get my fiber from the closest farmer/grainery etc instead of from the trendy shops.
Maybe I am just trying to get back to nature and do it the cheapest way. Do you have a store?
