Wow! You have a good memory! Sorry I have not been posting more often. The last couple of months have been so busy that I have not been on line as much as I would like. Along with eating better and flushing, we increased our exercise.
We surprised ourselves finishing in the top third, walking & running in a 5K raising money for breast cancer. Thanks again to everyone for your always-kind encouragement.
