Thanks for the info. I can't imagine what it would be like cleaned out and healed. I have had this mcs for approx. 15 years, very
bad in the last 12 years. Wouldn't that be cool?

I only have a shower right now but my husband will be building a new bath with a tub (yeah) in a year or so. I can't wait.

I'm also excited about the cleanse. Will keep posting this weekend.
