How do you "soften up" GB stones before liver flush? i'm really worried about pain. I heard an 5day apple juice fast would help, anyone try it. pepermint oil? epson salt?
is producing more bile risk getting stones stuck in the duct or pancreas, something i worry about flushing.
how can i prepare for a flush?
