IF YOU DECIDE to use the prune juice. ihave used prunejuice in the morning. dr johnchristopher says to drink 8 oz first thing in morning to pull the metals out of your body. imix 8 oz of prune juice to 2 oz of apple juice.

i have done the 32 oz salt water internal cleanse instead of the magnesium or Epsom Salt it work well.
