I agree totally with Blueduck.
My friend, Mel, had tried the gb/ Liver Flush last year and just raved about how great it was, and how awsome she felt afterward. She told me I "just HAVE to to this!!" Well, I told her I would, but I just couldn't make myself do it..yet. It seemed so strange, and honestly, I was a little afraid.
I need to tell you, and anyone who is considering trying this for the first time...IT'S A PEICE OF CAKE! All you really have to do, is drink 2 doses of epsoms with water (which is a laxative) before bedtime...then at bedtime, drink olive oil and grapefruit juice...lay down go to sleep. Get up, drink more epsoms, to get the stones out, start going to the bathroom, and passing stones. What's so hard about that?? The worst thing, in my opinion, is the taste of the epsoms...but I figure if I can swallow NYQUIL, I can swallow anything...LOL!! I just plug my nose and chug. It's only 3/4 of a cup.
You do have to follow the directions of the cleanse, but I gave you the basics in a nutshell. Believe me, things will get moving and you will pass stones (painless!) and you will be so excited everytime you feel the urge to go to the bathroom...Funny huh? But seeing what is coming out of your liver/gb is amazing, you'll get hooked on flushes...
The added bonus is that you will have an overall Euphoria feeling. I felt so darn good afterward, it's hard to explain. I hope you try this method. My docs told me i needed my gb out, and since my first flush, no more pain! Good luck to you!
