I was pleased to read about your good 13th flush and positive feelings. Interesting what you say about the coffee enemas because I read recently on one site where they recommended 1 cup intake for 15 minutes, twice. I did this two days after my Liver Flush but the recent two last coffee enemas have made me feel not so good, and like you I think 'things' have got more room to move around and cause the same old problems. I think I will flush again with a month between flushes to allow as much to move forward as possible. I'm glad to hear that you have so much energy - isn't that great?
