I will let Sheldon respond about the vitamin E, but I would highly recomend that you avoid all Fruit, Fruit Juice, and anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. While you are at it, you should also avoid Corn. You are, most likely, Fructose intolerant, and these things may be aggravating your condition.
