I've been reading some of the stories of people who have done liver, gallbladder flushes. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with IBS after being ill with food poisoning and having reoccuring digestive problems with dairy. Now adays I am fed up listening to doctors who cant help me. I was wondering if a Liver Flush and gallbladder flush would help me since ive read that doing one helps digestion immensly. Any advice would be great or suggestions on which flush to do!! I was thinking of doing one that could be done over the weekend, since im at school every day of the week and cant get to a bathroom most times.
