Hi,

Last weekend I had my 4th flush very succesful expelling the biggest stones out of the other flushings however I get constipated after this procedure. I am drinking lot of water and also eating lot of vegetables. On the other hand I was wondering how safe and how many Liver Flushes are healthy to do without harming the liver??? Please advise.
