I tend to agree (look at my name!) I never thought dairy products could be THAT bad for anyone, and I didn't even eat that much, but ever since I went off of them, I haven't had any allergy problems, including no constantly stuffy nose, and more energy. I know they formed a lot of mucus in me, some that I still need to get out, and so I can't imagine going back. Even my family switched to rice milk!
