Hey Tracey!!!

No not at all my first mucoidal plaque since Thanksgiving!!! Have actually been having really Great regular mucoidal plaques!!!
Tummy flattening for Sure--noticeable when I am Off the P and Bs!!! AM Always bloated of course from the P and Bs--I mean it DOES absorb water and all...
Yes I will maintain the P and Bs. Forgot to mention the milk is accompanied by two shots espresso and caramel sauce cannot resist. But lemonade otherwise--a lot later after all the milk though!!!
