I'll put in my 2 cents! My absolute best (no nausea) flushes have been when I was either Master Cleanse fasting beforehand...or when I did a 3Day Apple Fast before the flush. (empty stomach is imperative for me, it seems) I drink LOTS of water the day of the flush and the day before the flush...and I drink water up until 1 hour before the first Epsom Salt drink. Seems to work fine for me. It is very important to be well hydrated....so if you decide to stop at 2pm, just make sure you've drunk a lot of water before that. And start drinking water the next day after your last es drink.
