I think it is way better to eat your vitamins and minerals too.. I think I may need a supplement until my body heals. I don't think that my natural floral is converting and utilizing the B12 from my foods. I have been searching for some foods concentrated in B12. It's not easy to find. Thanks for this web site. I'll save it to my favorites.
