You could be right about the Olive oil. However I use OO (Olive-Oil) for cooking with and also in salad dressings etc and I have no problems with it.
On the other hand as soon as I smell the grapfruit juice thats it! My stomach starts to curdle and I cringe at the thought of drinking it.
I think I will give lemon a go.
Let me know how you got on with the safflower oil.
