Hi, just like the subject says, if I am doing a flash, can I drink water after 2pm or not? I am going to do my 5th flash today, but I vomited on the 4th flash and nothing came out, does the vomitting has something to do with not enough water? I didn't eat after 2pm. Also, can I drink lots of water after drinking olive oil? I am afraid that I will vomit again.
