Hi Guys!

I fully concur! When I first started doing the Liver Cleanses I loved the taste of olive oil and grapefruit mix. I remember thinking gee these cleanses are going to be easy peesy! Now 5 cleanses later a small sip of the mix and I'm throwing up-literally!
How something so yummy turned into something so yucky I don’t know.

Does anyone know of any alternative mix for the cleanse? Would lemon or orange juice work just as well with OO (Olive-Oil) instead of grapefruit?

Any tried and tested suggestions would be appreciated as I am eager to give my 5th cleanse a 3rd go!
