I explained how it works to my friend who's a nurse, and still got "Well, I don't know how you can do that to your body". I feel good! I had a major crying spree last night, but I've had a lot of stress at work, and hormones, etc. I'm still tired after 8 hours sleep, so I plan to do another flush in a couple weeks. I've lost 5 pounds and kept it off in the couple days since the flush.
Thanks again to everyone who supported and encouraged me. I will be checking back after the next one!
