I heard that if your body is unable to absorb B12, then the only way to fill your liver reserve was by eating lots of calves liver.

I have had major intestinal ulcers and stomach ulcers, and possible chrones. The doctors don't have a clue as to what I have. I was thinking of eating calves liver. What do you think?

Also, I got some spiraling; it has B12. I read that it is the wrong kind however: Not the kind that is absorbable by the body. What do you think about this?
