The on set of these symptoms dates back to Ummmmmmmmmmm over 10 years. I noticed it when I first started Black co hash. It is what turned my attention to herbs. I stopped the black co hash because it made my symptoms worse.

I didn't get a blood test because I just spent a lot of money on hospital tuff and have too many chiropractic appointment for the next three weeks. I was not going to hold off until then. The idea of being B12 deficient has crept into my mind so many times. When I read your post it seemed to scream out at me. Also, it's strange, when I went to the health food store, I never remembered to get it. Other things were more pressing than the B12 at times. Well, now I have it and expect it to work, cuzzz I know that was part of my problem.
