i did a similar cleanse. i also felt lousy. just a little icky.
i did take the tripala in the evening following the oo solution. 1/2 teaspoon in cup of warm water. if you do not have any tripala try some form of laxative teas like smooth move. even thoughi did not pass as many stones. i felt very enrgentic after it 2 days later better tahn any other cleANSE. ILT IS MORE CONVENIENT. I WOULD TRY IT AGAIN.
