I gather that Andreas Moritz believes that crashes around day three are due to toxic stones from the cleanse that get stuck in the colon and cause bad things to happen. I think he has gone so far as to claim that they can even lead to cancer under certain circumstances.

For this reason he claims that a colonic on day two or three is very important. Since your symptoms are returning on day three, perhaps you might consider trying a colonic on day two and see how that works.
