Don't worry guys, I am not taking the Chinese bitters and the GCG at the same time! I have cut back on the Coptis and Curcuma and also the 3lac I take for my candida, since it's really powerful stuff for a dysfunctional liver!

Today I am doing much better. Good days and bad days, you guys know how it goes! I am so happy that I was told at work what a good job I am doing and that they are surprised I am catching on so fast!?!?

If only they knew how extra hard I have to work to make things absorb into my brain through this thick cloud of brain fog!!!

Not for long. Soon the loving, energetic, humorous, witty-minded Ann will be back! LOOK OUT WORLD!!!!

Thanks guys, I think I just need to slow down, and make sure I stay away from grains for now.
