The info you gave Kim was so good, I didn't even know some of the things like how to get a good build up of bile. So no fats in the day of flush. I did mine today and yesterday and got some bigs ones out that have been making me really sore, not many small ones, just biggies, like dime size. Thanks for all the info and I just love this site.
