i don't know if you were taking the bitters and GCG at the same time. according to my notes you start with the bitters to decongest the liver, after this GCG instead of bitters. when GCG is finished you can go back to bitters till flush, this also can be taken during flush. i just started chinese bitters to-day so i have to wait to see how it works. good luck. hanna
