Hi Tracey,
I haven't tried the ES with water. I will have to do that.
I have been taking the B & P drinks twice a day.
My bowel movements are pretty green. Is this the mucqoid plaque?
I haven't been taking flora caps or herbal caps. Do you recommend this also?
I have been taking zyflamed, by New Chapter. It has ginger, rosmary, tumeric, green tea, goldthread. It's suppose to be for inflamation and have enzymes in it also. I don't know if it's helping. I haven't been taking it for long.
How long have you been doing the flushes? Are you down to twice a year?
I'm glad you're responding to all of my questions. I really appreciate all of your help.
