I only did one liver flush, but an uncanny thing happened during this ordeal. I found that I like the taste of the OO/GF mixture that Clark recommends. I hated the Epsom Salts , less the taste but more due to the continual runs. The question I have, since I like the taste of the OO/GF drink, could I just drink it once/twice a day continuously and get the benefits of a liver flush?
