Why are you taking Chinese bitters and GCG? I have never taken either one and had great flushes.

My advice would be to stop taking them and see if you feel better.

Your body will ALWAYS tell you what is best for you.

Let me know what happens! Good luck on your new job. That is so neat!! What do you do?
