thanks for all the feed back!! it does feel good..although the lack of sleep has made me a little cranky!.....

Suprisingly only about 10 stones came out! but a lot of chaff.. and some mucous/ parasite looking stuff....

I was a little disapointed about the lack of stones.. but my body feels good.. so i am sure it was a success... and just the memory experience alone make it a success.....

I am now remembering that when I did the Master-Cleanse I has the same sort of experience.. a lot of emotional healing etc....

anyways... i am off to bed!!
