Hi Adrian...I take less Epsom Salts that is suggested. There is no need to have diarrea before you even go to bed!

I take 1 tsp of ES in each of the drinks at night. Then 1 tbsp of ES in a cup of water in the morning....then either 1/2 tbsp of 1 tbsp of ES again, two hours later if I feel I need it.
