I've planned my second flush for weekend after next, the 3rd I think. In the meantime, I had my first appointment with an acupuncturist last night and it felt great. Or I should say I feel much better. Very little to no pain. I told him what I was doing and he said it shouldn't interfere at all. He gave me a powder to take that tastes nasty (although not as bad as the Epsom Salts /apple juice) with about 20 herbs in it. 3 are actually for my Gallstones to help break them down, the rest are to "mellow"me out as most of my stress comes from actually being in pain or worrying about being in pain. For the second flush, can I adjust the amount of Epsom Salts ? It tastes disgusting but I was in the bathroom from the first dose on until late Sunday. And you're right, the less I have in my stomach, the better off I'll be.
