Hi Tracey,
The Epsom Salts don't really bother me. I'm just concerned about the long term affects from using it.
I'm having alot of bloating, I think it's from the imflammation of my gallbladder, but I'm not sure.
I have done a couple more enemas, although they make me feel better, it still doesn't get rid of my bloating.
I am averaging flushing once a week now, because of the bloating.
Is this going to be a problem, flushing too often?
I feel like I should fast again. I even have problems digesting apples and pears. I still have a side ache mostly every day.
Suggestions are greatly appreciated!
