I woke up this morning after a good nights sleep and felt that wonderful clear feeling of well being that I have not experienced in a long long time. And then to complete this great 10th flush I passed a further 50 marble putty coloured balls. They took about a dozen flushings of the loo to go away. They floated around for ages! This is the 2nd day of the flush and it has been my most successful. I have eaten lunch and my liver area feels tight (homemade soup and avocado and beetroot salad with lemon and oil). It also felt tight after two cups of tea mid morning. Any one know why? Is it the after effects of the flush and the pressure that has been on the liver and the ducts or is more 'gunk' there because it sure feels as it does when I need to flush (but not painful just tight) but at the moment without the headaches, dizzyness etc. Feel alert and clear. Anyone with this experience?
