Hi there!

Most people wait two weeks...but when people are actually in pain they do it more often. If you feel game to do it tomorrow, then you should do it.

Also you might want to take some milk thistle and dandelion tincture to help heal the area. Did I say that already?? yikes...I probably did! Broken record!
